HR Data Analyst – Hybrid – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking an HR Data Analyst to join a globally‑recognised legal firm’s HR team in Leeds. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in the office, and runs on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the potential to become permanent. You will own workforce data analysis, streamline reporting and support the day‑to‑day operation of the Workday system.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across HR systems and reporting outputs.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for HR system administration and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyse HR data to uncover trends, flag issues and inform decision‑making.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards and Power BI reports.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to analytics tools and reporting processes.
• Participate in HR projects, system roll‑outs and upgrades.
• Manage competing priorities to deliver accurate reporting within deadlines.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and third‑party suppliers to meet system and reporting needs.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in an HR Data Analyst or People Analytics role.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
