HR Data & Compliance Administrator (3‑Month Interim)

About the role

This 3‑month interim contract supports a project focused on training, certification and compliance data accuracy. You will work closely with HR and other stakeholders to clean, standardise and maintain employee training records.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and organise employee training and certification records.
• Identify missing data, gaps and inconsistencies and correct them.
• Update and maintain HR and compliance systems, uploading and validating documentation.
• Produce basic reports and progress updates for compliance tracking.
• Maintain GDPR‑compliant record keeping and support process improvements.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑focused with experience handling large datasets.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, consistency and GDPR principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Forms or similar data‑collection tools.
• Familiarity with HR or compliance systems.
