HR Data Delivery Lead (Data Engineering Team Leader)

About the role

The HR Data Delivery Lead will own end‑to‑end delivery of data products, pipelines and reporting solutions for the HR domain. You will connect Oracle HCM Cloud data to an AWS Snowflake data lake and unify legacy and new HRIS feeds. The role bridges engineering, analytics and business teams to ensure high‑quality, governed data delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, dashboards and reporting products.
• Own delivery plans, milestones, RAID logs and manage dependencies across multiple squads.
• Act as primary interface between technical teams and senior HR/business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, data governance and change‑control processes.
• Coordinate Data Engineers, BI Developers and Data Scientists to align architecture and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, maintain RAID logs and resolve cross‑team conflicts.
• Implement data quality, validation and testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT).

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering data initiatives in the HR domain.
• Strong background in data project management and stakeholder management.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex delivery schedules.
