HR Digital Transformation Placement – 12.5 months

About the role

Join Airbus' HR UK Transformation and Digital team for a 12.5‑month placement focused on modernising HR services through digital solutions and new ways of working. You will experience how technology shapes the future of HR and business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of new HR tools and organisational changes across the business.
• Improve HR operations by deploying digital capabilities while ensuring data‑protection compliance.
• Help measure HR process efficiency and link performance indicators to strategic priorities.
• Simplify HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to promote development solutions for the HR community.
• Assist with HR communications, project management and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Undergraduate studying Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Project Management, Digital/IT or a related field.
• Demonstrated teamwork experience and willingness to work across multiple projects.
• Creative mindset, ability to challenge norms and learn from experiences; project‑management exposure is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary of £24,246 per year (35 hours/week).
