HR ER Meeting Lead

About the role

We are seeking an HR / Employment Law specialist to lead and conduct HR meetings on behalf of our client’s business owners. The role is fully remote and involves delivering expert HR advice and facilitating investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and settlement negotiations via Microsoft Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and chair HR meetings with clients and their employees, either conducting the session or supporting the client as required.
• Carry out investigations, mediations, conciliations and other employment‑relations services on short‑notice assignments.
• Provide impartial legal advice on individual or group employee matters, identifying and quantifying risk for the client.
• Produce high‑quality, timely written reports and maintain accurate file management.
• Meet hearing targets set by the Face2Face Management team and contribute to repeat‑business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education in HR, law or a related discipline, or substantial professional experience in people management and chairing HR meetings.
• Demonstrated experience conducting investigations, disciplinary hearings and issuing outcomes such as warnings or dismissals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work impartially with business owners across a wide range of sectors.
