HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will be the primary human‑resources contact for London Security Services, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance and performance management. Working independently, you will ensure HR initiatives support the company’s business objectives while adhering to UK employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, handling grievances, conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring new hires meet BS 7858 and other industry standards.
• Oversee the LSS performance appraisal system, identify training needs and deliver development programmes.
• Maintain legal compliance across right‑to‑work checks, health & safety, GDPR and other HR metrics.
• Drive organisational development and workforce planning to improve efficiency and continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an HR Executive, HR Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK labour law, compliance standards and best‑practice HR processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, employee relations and performance management independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to influence at all organisational levels.
