HR Generalist – Hybrid role supporting multi‑site manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing HR team on a hybrid basis. Working closely with the UK HR Manager, you will support our multi‑site manufacturing, sales and service operations across the UK and Nordic regions.

Key responsibilities

• Review, update and maintain the UK HR policy and procedure framework in line with legislation and best practice.
• Develop manager guidance tool‑kits to ensure consistent people management.
• Ensure HR templates, letters and processes are accurate, consistent and legally compliant.
• Implement new GDPR‑compliant processes for HR documentation collection, storage and deletion.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the UK HR function.
• Lead projects such as policy development, process improvement and training initiatives.

Required profile

• Interest in or progress towards a CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification.
• Experience supporting HR in a multi‑site or manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and GDPR requirements.
