HR Intern - Operations, Employee Experience & Administration

About the role

Bosch is looking for an HR Intern to join its Denham office, working on employee and manager support, communications, recruitment coordination and HR service delivery. The internship is 12 months long, starting in July 2027, and is open to undergraduate students eligible for a work placement as part of their course. You will be based at the Denham office.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers, guiding them on HR processes and queries
• Work with the HR Services team in Budapest, raising requests and tracking progress
• Support the absence process, keeping documentation and escalating cases where needed
• Coordinate administrative tasks for the annual trainee recruitment programme, including candidate communications, interviews and onboarding
• Create and maintain HR communications on the Bosch intranet
• Draft employee correspondence such as contract amendments and confirmation letters
• Help coordinate employee engagement events and activities across the employee lifecycle
• Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business

Required profile

• Studying for a degree, ideally in HR, but Business Management, Psychology or Business Analytics also accepted
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Excellent English, spoken and written
• Right to live and work in the UK for the full duration of the placement
