HR L&D Training Administrator Intern

About the role

Bosch is looking for one student to join its HR Learning and Development team for an 11-month internship based in Denham. The department supports development requirements and organises training courses at various locations in the UK and online. The internship runs from 16 August 2027 to 31 July 2028 and is open to undergraduate students eligible for a work placement as part of their course.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare training course material packs and support trainers on site and virtually
• Support the management of the intern programme
• Support the training evaluation process
• Cooperate with and support the training administration team
• Create key visuals and update the internal website
• Take part in departmental projects such as Coaching, Mentoring and Health and Wellbeing, and take responsibility for selected training portfolios

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology or Business
• Eligible to take part in a work placement as part of the university course
• Right to live and work in the UK for the full duration of the placement
• Good attention to detail, ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines, and good multi-tasking skills
• Friendly, with excellent interpersonal and customer skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
• Excellent verbal and written English
