HR Manager – Asset Management (London)

About the role

We are recruiting an HR Manager for an asset management client in London, part of a global HR team reporting to the HR Director, EMEA. The role will act as a trusted partner across the EMEA region, delivering HR support in a fast‑paced, globally integrated asset management business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across the EMEA region (c170 employees).
• Deliver high‑quality, commercially aligned HR support.
• Provide hands‑on advisory work and support strategic projects.
• Lead organisational change initiatives in the UK, cross‑border HR projects and mergers & acquisitions.
• Manage general administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.

Required profile

• Proven HR generalist/business partnering experience within financial services, asset management or another highly regulated sector.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Exposure to European employment practices.
• Comfortable working in a small, hands‑on regional team with a mix of strategic and administrative responsibilities.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a matrixed, global organisation.
