HR Manager – Part‑time (22 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to join our Milton Keynes team on a part‑time basis (22 hours per week). You will act as a trusted partner to multiple departments, delivering strategic HR initiatives while providing hands‑on support across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Implement local HR strategies aligned with business priorities and site needs.
• Provide guidance to managers on people management, workforce planning and performance.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and enhance employee experience.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to embed global processes and best practices.
• Oversee core HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compensation.
• Champion engagement and well‑being programmes, ensuring an inclusive culture.
• Advise on employee relations and compliance, collaborating with the Site Council when required.
• Contribute to HR digitalisation and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or a bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• Extensive HR experience, including a partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and workforce management.
• Experience with HR analytics, change management and digital HR tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Valid driving licence and own car.
