HR Manager – Part‑Time Fixed-Term (20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the Human Resources function for our UK operations on a part‑time, fixed‑term basis. In this role you will act as the trusted HR partner to senior leaders, supporting employees and managing payroll for expatriates while shaping a high‑performing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice, drive people strategy and support organisational change.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, wellbeing and learning & development.
• Oversee payroll processing (ADP), employee benefits, HR administration and workforce planning.
• Develop, maintain and communicate HR policies ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
• Coach managers, conduct salary reviews and implement Group HR initiatives across the UK business.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR generalist with confidence handling employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Highly organised with a commercial mindset.
