HR Manager – Site Operations

About the role

As the Site HR Manager at Müller Milk & Ingredients, you will be responsible for shaping the colleague experience and driving the people agenda within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with operations, trade unions and senior leaders to ensure HR services support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to exit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders.
• Coach and advise managers on HR policies, people matters and best practice.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site.
• Use HR data and insights to influence decisions and improve performance.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and succession activities.
• Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Required profile

• Experience in core HR generalist activities with solid knowledge of HR policies and legislation.
• Confidence delivering training and coaching to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret and use data effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
