HR Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR team in Hounslow West. The role will ensure high‑quality service delivery that aligns with the company’s business strategy and supports a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day HR operations to meet business needs.
• Support HR strategy and workforce planning in partnership with senior leadership.
• Oversee HR policies, processes and compliance across multiple sites.
• Manage complex employee‑relations cases and provide expert guidance.
• Drive HR projects and contribute to wider business initiatives.
• Monitor performance, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
• Support reward, benefits and job‑evaluation frameworks.
• Provide HR input on acquisitions and integration projects.

Required profile

• CIPD qualified (MCIPD/FCIPD) or equivalent.
• Senior HR leadership experience in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, TUPE and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence, build relationships and drive change.
