HR Project Coordinator

About the role

The client is seeking an HR Project Coordinator on a three‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Senior HR Change Programme Manager, you will support the delivery of multiple HR and people‑focused projects across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating HR projects, defining scope, resources and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate activities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with project sponsors and team members to ensure milestones are met.
• Support procurement and implementation activities, identifying solutions that meet business needs and deliver value.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience, preferably within HR or organisational change.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
