Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a dedicated HR recruitment desk.
• Win new business and expand existing client relationships.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Develop networks across Oxford, Reading and the wider South East region.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Drive profitable growth through a consultative recruitment approach.
