HR Systems Apprentice

About the role

Join the HR Systems team as an Apprentice and work towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician qualification over 13‑15 months. You will support system administration and coordination while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic travel company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR Systems Team, including resolving system incident tickets.
• Assist with system testing, critical maintenance activities and updates.
• Run regular and ad‑hoc reports for managers and senior leaders across Jet2.com & Jet2holidays.
• Maintain data accuracy across HR and Recruitment systems.
• Create new user accounts to support employee onboarding.
• Support colleagues with HR system queries and the performance management process.
• Collaborate on new initiatives and improvements with senior managers.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals and training materials.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Quick learner with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Adaptable to a fast‑changing business environment.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and GCSE Maths & English (grade A‑C or equivalent).
• Resident in the UK for at least three years and no existing qualification at the same or higher level.
