HR Systems Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Consultant to support a critical implementation of the Cezanne HR platform. The role is fully remote and operates inside IR35, requiring you to quickly add value and help deliver a successful system rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Support configuration and implementation of the Cezanne HR system.
• Analyse and validate HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Lead and assist with HR data migration activities.
• Work with technical teams on API integrations between Cezanne HR and other business systems.
• Develop, execute and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain test scripts and documentation.
• Coordinate issue resolution during testing and implementation phases.
• Support penetration testing and security validation activities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and external partners to deliver project milestones and identify risks.
• Provide implementation guidance, training and post‑go‑live support as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Analyst, HR Systems Analyst or HR Systems Consultant.
• Demonstrated experience delivering or supporting HR systems implementations.
• Strong HR data analysis and data management capabilities.
• Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
