HR Systems & Process Advisor

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is based in Bolton and focuses on enhancing HR technology, data analytics and process efficiency. You will work closely with the wider HR team to develop and optimise systems that improve the employee and manager experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards and people‑analytics insights.
• Maintain data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Automate and standardise HR processes.
• Support system upgrades, testing and implementation.
• Deliver workforce planning and organisational reporting.
• Create self‑service workflows and HR automation.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance and operational stakeholders.
• Provide training and user support for HR systems.
• Assist with AI adoption and HR technology innovation.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Experience in HR Systems, HRIS, HR Operations or People Analytics.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Advanced Excel reporting capability.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and project‑management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
