HR Systems & Process Advisor

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Process Advisor to lead the development and optimisation of its HR technology landscape. You will work closely with the wider HR team to enhance data quality, automate processes and deliver insightful analytics that support business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring configuration aligns with business needs.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards and people analytics while maintaining data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Improve HR processes through automation, standardisation and self‑service solutions.
• Support system upgrades, testing, implementation and provide training and user support.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance and operational stakeholders to deliver integrated workforce planning and organisational reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR systems, HRIS, HR operations or people analytics.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to manage projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (SAP) configuration and administration.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
