HR Training, Content & Projects Specialist

About the role

This client‑facing position combines management training delivery, HR content creation and project‑based consultancy support for SME clients across Essex and the South East. You will translate employment law and HR best practice into practical, commercially focused advice and training.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver management training programmes, workshops and webinars, both remotely and on‑site.
• Create practical HR content, templates, guidance notes and training materials.
• Support HR consultancy projects such as investigations, compliance reviews and management development initiatives.
• Monitor employment‑law developments and turn them into clear client guidance.
• Identify client needs with colleagues and promote training and project‑based HR services.
• Assist business‑development activities and attend occasional networking events.

Required profile

• Strong generalist HR experience with solid UK employment‑law knowledge.
• Proven ability to support managers with people‑management issues and HR processes.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong drafting and content‑writing ability.
• Experience working with SMEs or delivering proportionate HR support.
• Commercially aware, organised and self‑motivated.
• Based in Essex or within reasonable travelling distance.
