HRIS Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors (Hybrid, Leeds)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to lead the configuration and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors for a growing organisation in Leeds. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with two days per week in the office, allowing you to collaborate closely with HR and IT teams while maintaining flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support payroll processes and translate system requirements.
• Produce HR reports, analytics and management information.
• Resolve system issues and handle support tickets.
• Improve workflows, automation and overall HR processes.
• Assist with HR projects, system upgrades and enhancements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HRIS or HR Systems Analyst.
• Strong background in SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and HR systems.
• Proven track record of delivering process improvements and automation.
• Excellent reporting and analytical abilities.
• Desirable: Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
• Desirable: Tableau experience.
