HRIS Manager / HR Systems Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager / HR Systems Manager to join Adecco’s HR Services team on a six‑month fixed‑term assignment. Reporting to the HR Services Director, you will own the administration, maintenance and development of our HR technology landscape, ensuring data accuracy and a seamless user experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR systems administration and support.
• Manage day‑to‑day operation of HR systems, maintaining data accuracy and system integrity.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and release activities.
• Develop and maintain HR reporting, dashboards and people analytics.
• Ensure robust HR data governance, data quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and third‑party suppliers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
• Provide guidance and support to system users across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures and user guides.
• Support change initiatives and adoption of new system functionality.
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements to user experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HRIS, HR Systems or People Systems environment.
• Proven ability to manage HR data, reporting and system administration activities.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and proactive in identifying improvements.
• Strong understanding of HR data governance principles.
• Experience producing HR reports, dashboards and management information.

What we offer
