About the role
The HSEQ Director for the Water Hygiene Division will lead the health, safety, environmental and quality strategy across the business. Reporting to the Group HSEQ Director, you will shape a culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement while supporting growth and protecting the company’s reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Water Hygiene Division HSEQ strategy and long‑term roadmap.
- Align division objectives with Group HSEQ goals and the company’s strategic plan.
- Provide leadership across all HSEQ disciplines and embed safety and compliance into business planning.
- Maintain an effective HSEQ governance framework and oversee risk registers and major risk programmes.
- Ensure robust reporting, escalation, and management of significant HSEQ issues.
- Lead health and safety performance, policy development, incident prevention and investigations.
- Represent the division with regulators, enforcement authorities and external agencies.
