HubSpot CRM Analyst – Sales Enablement

About the role

We are supporting a high‑growth professional services organisation that needs a HubSpot CRM Analyst to become the operational backbone of its sales function. Working closely with the Sales Director and the wider sales team, you will ensure the CRM is fully optimised to drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise the HubSpot CRM environment across the sales organisation.
• Partner with the Sales Director to support forecasting, pipeline analysis and performance reporting.
• Build and maintain real‑time dashboards that visualise sales activity and revenue performance.
• Support Sales Executives and Managers with CRM best practices, process adherence and user training.
• Improve data integrity, segmentation and lead‑management processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure seamless lead flow and accurate attribution tracking.
• Identify and implement workflow automations and efficiency improvements.
• Provide actionable insights to inform sales strategy and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM (essential).
• Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Analysis or Sales Support.
• Excellent analytical ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including Sales Directors.
• Understanding of pipeline management, forecasting and sales performance metrics.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
