HubSpot CRM Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing travel management business that supports airlines, train operators and other logistics‑intensive organisations. The HubSpot CRM Manager will own and evolve the CRM capability across multiple B2B and B2C brands, using data to improve customer journeys, drive commercial impact and connect teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the HubSpot CRM platform, supporting end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Define and deliver a group‑wide CRM strategy that drives growth, efficiency and better decision‑making.
• Partner with internal tech teams to integrate CRM with in‑house systems, creating a single trusted data hub.
• Design smart automations, journeys and email campaigns that boost engagement and productivity.
• Transform CRM data into actionable insights through reporting, testing, governance and championing adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven email‑campaign experience.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing‑automation tools.
• Proficiency in AI‑driven content creation, audience targeting and A/B testing for data‑led campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to track performance, interpret metrics and optimise results.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
