Human Resources Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join a fast‑growing conservation and hospitality business in London. Reporting to the Head of People, you will act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and support the full employee lifecycle across three brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day employee relations advice, handling absence, family leave, performance, conduct and wellbeing issues.
• Support investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes alongside the Head of People.
• Oversee onboarding, contract administration, employee records and HRIS (HiBob) management.
• Administer benefits, respond to employee queries and ensure HR policies remain compliant.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Identify gaps in HR processes, support people projects and deliver data‑driven insights.
• Assist with senior and specialist recruitment, manage the ATS and promote internal mobility.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of generalist HR experience.
• Proven background as an HR Advisor or senior HR Officer.
• Strong employee‑relations expertise, including absence and parental‑leave management.
• Ability to work independently and manage cases end‑to‑end.
• CIPD qualification desirable but not essential.
• Comfortable balancing advisory and administrative duties.
