About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Jumeirah Carlton Tower team by handling employee queries, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations within a world‑class luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist colleagues with queries, requests and employment discussions to boost satisfaction and performance.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for department staff, ensuring coverage during business hours.
- Prepare employment letters, certificates and coordinate internal signature processes.
- Maintain audit‑ready employee files, manage supply stock levels and handle purchase orders.
- Drive colleague engagement events, recognition schemes and CSR initiatives such as the “Spirit of Jumeirah” awards.
- Update colleague information sites, coordinate monthly departmental meetings and communicate regularly with department heads.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year administrative support experience, preferably within HR.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and customer‑service skills.
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
