About the role
Supply Staff Limited is looking for a qualified Humanities Teacher to join a secondary school in Hertfordshire on a full‑time, long‑term basis. You will inspire students across history, geography and religious studies, fostering critical thinking and a deeper understanding of society.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons for secondary students.
- Assess and monitor student progress across all Humanities subjects.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support academic goals.
- Prepare students for examinations and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Required profile
- QTS or QTLS certification.
- PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for teaching Humanities subjects.
- Strong communication and classroom management abilities.
- Newly qualified teachers (NQTs) are welcome to apply.
