About the role
This senior position leads the delivery of high‑voltage (HV) maintenance services across the UK for a specialist engineering business. You will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault response, ensuring safety, technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of planned and reactive HV maintenance services.
- Provide Senior Authorised Person (SAP) support up to 33kV.
- Coordinate engineers, contractors and maintenance programmes.
- Maintain client relationships and monitor operational performance.
- Support commercial delivery, forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HV safety rules and company procedures.
- Participate in the standby rota for emergency response and travel to customer sites across the UK.
Required profile
- Previous experience managing High Voltage maintenance operations.
- Current Senior Authorised Person (SAP) authorisation up to 33kV.
- Strong fault‑finding and switching experience.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
- Commercial awareness and a customer‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
