HVAC Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Training)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join a well‑established company in Kingston Upon Thames. The role combines routine maintenance of air‑conditioning, ventilation and water systems with fully funded electrical courses and specialist plumbing training to broaden your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air‑conditioning units, ventilation equipment and water systems.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Participate in a structured training programme covering plumbing fundamentals and fully funded electrical qualifications.
• Work a standard Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (9:00 am‑5:00 pm) with a rotating on‑call shift (one week in three) and receive a call‑out bonus.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer within the HVAC sector.
• Motivation to develop additional plumbing and electrical skills through company‑provided training.
• Willingness to work on‑site and take part in the on‑call rotation.
