HVAC Sales Specialist – Climate Solutions

About the role

Join Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, as an HVAC Sales Specialist based in Send. You will drive sales of our Climate product range, delivering strong performance while providing expert technical advice to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Driving day‑to‑day sales performance and delivering branch KPIs for the Climate product range – HVAC, air‑conditioning, heat pumps and renewable heating.
• Generating new business opportunities and maximising sales while maintaining cost awareness.
• Providing outstanding customer service and acting as a trusted technical expert for Climate solutions.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support wider business development.
• Ensuring high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence within the branch.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with solid knowledge of Climate products and solutions.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance sales targets and operational needs.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and internal teams.
• Confidence in handling technical queries and delivering clear product guidance.
• Passion for driving growth and contributing to a high‑performing team culture.
