HVAC Sales Specialist

About the role

Join Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, as an HVAC Sales Specialist based in Send, Surrey. You will drive sales of our Climate product range, including HVAC, air‑conditioning, heat pumps and renewable heating, while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day sales performance and meet branch KPIs for the Climate product portfolio.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities while maintaining cost awareness.
• Provide expert technical advice and outstanding service to customers on climate solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support broader business development.
• Uphold high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence within the branch.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with solid knowledge of climate products and solutions.
• Proactive, commercially‑minded approach with the ability to balance sales targets and operational needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and internal teams.
• Confidence in handling technical queries and delivering clear product guidance.
• Passion for growth, service excellence and contributing to a high‑performing team culture.
