About the role
The HVAC Supervisor will lead the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of HVAC maintenance services across three London sites. You will provide day‑to‑day technical leadership, ensuring planned maintenance is completed to a high standard while identifying opportunities for remedial, lifecycle and improvement works.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and deliver HVAC maintenance and air‑conditioning servicing across the contract.
- Monitor asset performance, understand condition of ageing infrastructure and legacy plant.
- Identify and plan remedial, lifecycle and improvement works proactively.
- Ensure all activities meet health & safety, compliance and quality standards.
- Support asset reliability, energy efficiency and client satisfaction through a hands‑on technical approach.
Required profile
- Strong technical competence with experience on ageing or legacy HVAC systems.
- Ability to work with limited documentation and equipment beyond original design life.
- Proven leadership skills to guide on‑site service teams.
- Commitment to delivering reliable operational performance and upholding safety standards.
