About the role
The HVAC Supervisor will lead the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of HVAC maintenance services across our Windsor contract. You will provide day‑to‑day technical leadership, ensuring planned maintenance is completed to a high standard, asset condition is understood and opportunities for remedial, lifecycle and improvement works are proactively identified.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and carry out air‑conditioning servicing and routine HVAC maintenance.
- Monitor asset performance and condition, reporting any deviations.
- Identify and plan remedial, lifecycle and improvement works.
- Ensure all activities meet health, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Support the Onsite Services team in managing ageing infrastructure and legacy plant.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and supervision.
- Strong technical competence with ageing or legacy plant.
- Ability to work safely and adhere to compliance standards.
- Hands‑on approach with good problem‑solving skills.
