Hybrid Damp Surveyor – Sales (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Damp Surveyor with a strong sales focus to join a specialist provider of damp, mould and timber restoration services. The role is full‑time, hybrid and covers the Cheltenham, Cardiff, Bristol and Oxford areas, offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties to assess damp, mould and timber conditions.
• Identify root causes and recommend appropriate remedial treatments.
• Take detailed measurements, photographs and notes on site.
• Prepare clear survey reports and quotations for clients.
• Explain findings to clients in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the operations team and technicians to plan and schedule works.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Required profile

• Experience in damp, mould, timber or building pathology surveys.
• Strong technical understanding of building construction and structural integrity.
• Confidence using digital tools such as moisture meters, tablets and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities, able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Relevant qualifications in surveying, construction or a related field are beneficial.
