Hybrid or Fully Work from Home Paraplanner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our wealth management team on a hybrid or fully remote basis. You will support financial consultants by gathering client information, preparing suitability reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify client data for retirement, investment, tax and estate planning.
• Prepare detailed suitability reports and annual reviews.
• Maintain accurate client correspondence in line with compliance policies.
• Collaborate with consultants and other paraplanners to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Support the development of professional qualifications, progressing towards Diploma status.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years paraplanning experience, preferably in wealth management.
• Qualified with at least a Certificate in Paraplanning (Level 4) or working towards a DipFA/DipPFS.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, tax and estate planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.

Required skills

• Technical understanding of pension and investment products.
• Proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
