Hybrid Sales Manager

About the role

Auditoria Services Limited is seeking a Hybrid Sales Manager to lead business development across the South West of England and South Wales. This remote‑first position will involve close collaboration with design, manufacturing and installation teams to deliver high‑profile seating projects for theatres, universities, leisure centres and international venues.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through tendering, bid preparation and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, venue operators and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure seamless delivery from concept to installation.
• Track sales performance against targets and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical, manufacturing or construction environment.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own diary and workload.
• Experience in the seating, manufacturing or closely related industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
