Hybrid Senior Paraplanner

About the role

We are seeking a Hybrid Senior Paraplanner to join our established financial planning practice in Central London. You will support advisers by delivering high‑quality technical research, analysis and client‑focused reports while mentoring junior paraplanners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on financial products and ensure suitability reports meet regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed cash‑flow models and complex advice documentation.
• Provide technical oversight across all planning outputs and drive consistency and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop junior paraplanners, ensuring technical accuracy throughout the team.

Required profile

• Chartered status or working towards chartered qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in paraplanning or financial planning.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments, tax planning and protection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial planning software such as FE Analytics and Voyant.
• Expert knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning and protection products.

What we offer

• Salary up to £60,000 per year.
• Hybrid working pattern with two days remote per week.
