Hygiene Operative

About the role
We are seeking a Hygiene Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing company in Blackpool (FY2). The role offers a friendly, supportive environment with regular Monday‑to‑Friday hours.
Key responsibilities
- Clean large office areas and maintain toilet and welfare facilities.
- Dust, sweep and mop factory floors, ensuring all areas remain tidy.
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal in line with health‑and‑safety standards.
- Follow all health and safety procedures while performing cleaning duties.
Required profile
- Reliable and hardworking with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is advantageous but not essential.
