Join a global leader in hygiene and pest control services as a Hygiene Sales Consultant. Based in Birmingham, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the Derby and Stoke territories by delivering essential hygiene solutions to a diverse client base.
Missions principales
- Conduct field visits to both prospective and existing clients to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Perform on-site hygiene audits and surveys to identify specific client needs.
- Propose tailored hygiene treatments and technical solutions to ensure client safety and compliance.
- Generate and develop new business leads through autonomous prospecting and collaborative teamwork.
- Prepare accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
Profil recherché
- Must hold a valid UK driving license for at least 2 years (maximum 6 points).
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or retail environments.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a proactive approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a DBS check.

- Competitive base salary of £25,721 with an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 (unlimited commission).
