IAM Consultant – Senior to Associate Director (Hybrid)

About the role

Hays Technology is partnering with a global business consultancy to recruit Identity and Access Management (IAM) professionals across several seniority levels, from Consultant to Associate Director. The positions are hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days per week in the office, and are based in major UK cities such as London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients across multiple sectors on IAM strategy and solution design.
• Run IAM diagnostics, gather requirements and support complex client engagements.
• Assist with application onboarding and prepare IAM solutions for delivery.
• Provide specialised input on IAM implementations of varying scale.
• Deliver outbound expertise on IAM tools and their integration with client systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IAM consulting and technical implementation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both technical and non‑technical.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work resiliently under pressure.
• Eligibility for SC security clearance is preferred.
