IAM Delivery Consultant

About the role

The IAM Delivery Consultant will join a global cybersecurity consulting practice to lead hands‑on implementation of identity and access management solutions for major enterprise clients. This hybrid role combines on‑site delivery with flexible home‑office work and requires an active Security Check (SC) clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, deployment and optimisation of enterprise IAM platforms directly within client environments.
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into practical IAM solutions that align with modern identity governance frameworks.
• Execute end‑to‑end delivery work across Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Access Management tools.
• Provide process‑improvement recommendations and support post‑implementation tuning.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure secure, compliant identity frameworks.

Required profile

• UK residency for the past five years and ability to pass a 3‑year employment history and DBS check.
• Active or eligible Security Check (SC) clearance – UK nationals preferred for certain streams.
• Minimum 5 years of IT/security experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to IAM.
• Mid‑level to senior professional comfortable working on‑site with major enterprises.
