IBA Technician – Insurance Cash Processing

About the role
The IBA Technician will join a well‑established Lloyd’s broker’s IBA and Credit Control team in London. You will support day‑to‑day processing and reconciliation of cash receipts and payments across the firm’s non‑statutory trust accounts in a multi‑currency, multi‑entity environment.
Key responsibilities
- Post daily bank transactions and monitor client and underwriter balances across Lloyd’s, LIRMA and ILU accounts.
- Assist with NST payment setup, allocation and issue remittance advice.
- Contribute to weekly bank reconciliations and month‑end closing activities.
- Support cash receipt and payment processing for multiple currencies and entities.
Required profile
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail under pressure.
- Experience working in the London insurance market.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
