ICT Power App System Developer

About the role

Join a growing ICT team at a leading housing association and help shape the future of digital services. You will design, develop and deliver innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to improve services and streamline processes for colleagues and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and enhance ICT systems and applications in line with organisational standards and digital strategy.
• Build and maintain solutions using Microsoft technologies and the Power Platform.
• Produce high‑quality, secure and maintainable code following best practices.
• Support agile and sprint‑based project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Improvement teams and ICT colleagues to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist with testing, deployment and implementation activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide 2nd‑line application support, troubleshoot issues and investigate incidents to identify root causes.

Required profile

• Experience developing ICT solutions with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and translate them into technical designs.
• Commitment to delivering secure, reliable and future‑proof systems.

• Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
