IFA Administrator – Financial Planning Support

About the role

Join a boutique financial planning practice in Burnham‑on‑Sea as an IFA Administrator. You will support a small team of advisers, handling day‑to‑day administration while interacting directly with clients both on the phone and in‑person.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers.
• Prepare client documentation, reports and regulatory paperwork.
• Process new business and manage ongoing cases through to completion.
• Liaise with providers such as Aviva, Fidelity and AJ Bell.
• Maintain accurate client records and workflows using Intelliflo.
• Communicate updates and answer queries for clients over the phone.
• Assist with meeting preparation to ensure a smooth client experience.

Required profile

• Experience in IFA or financial‑planning administration.
• Familiarity with Aviva, Fidelity, AJ Bell and Intelliflo platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, personable communication style.
• Enjoys working in a small, friendly team; progress towards CII exams is a plus.
