IFA Administrator – Financial Planning Support

About the role
The IFA Administrator will support financial advisers in preparing client reviews and maintaining accurate plan information. Working from the Basingstoke office three days a week and remotely two days, the role ensures compliance with FCA rules and company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Keep client and plan information up to date in the IO system.
- Request and chase plan information from providers via post, email or platform.
- Upload received information to IO and update contributions, withdrawals and transfers.
- Validate fund balances and ensure price feeds are accurate for plan valuations.
- Check and update income expectations on client plans.
- Collate cost and charge details, including commissions and adviser fees.
- Create and verify client valuation reports using standard IO templates.
- Produce OneNote packs as requested by advisers.
- Prepare cases for the AST team by completing plan information checklists and following up with providers.
