IFA Administrator – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking an IFA Administrator to join a leading financial services firm in Leeds on a permanent basis. You will support a team of experienced paraplanners and financial planners, ensuring smooth processing of client applications and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications across key financial products.
• Submit transaction and trade requests, including fund switches on and off platform.
• Obtain illustrations and product literature for client proposals.
• Acquire client portfolio valuations and prepare annual review packs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for financial planners and clients.
• Liaise with product providers and manage letters of authority.
• Maintain accurate records of each client’s financial situation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IFA or financial planning administration (essential).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and support a busy advisory team.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (desirable).
