IFA Administrator – Hybrid – Up to £35k + Study Support

About the role

We are seeking an IFA Administrator to support a respected Chartered Independent Financial Adviser practice in London. The position offers hybrid working, a clear career progression path and study support towards a professional diploma.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client and adviser queries.
• Manage annual reviews, investment administration and cash‑flow planning.
• Perform documentation checks and ensure smooth back‑office operations.
• Support advisers throughout the client journey and help maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Approximately 12 months’ experience in an IFA or wealth‑management administration role (degree advantageous).
• Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Progress towards a professional Diploma or a keen interest in obtaining one.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Intelligent Office.
