IFA Administrator – Investment Administration

About the role

The IFA Administrator will support a well‑established wealth management team in Guildford, delivering high‑quality administrative services to financial advisors and their clients. This full‑time position combines client‑facing tasks with back‑office processing, ensuring smooth investment reviews and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to financial advisors, preparing risk assessments, scheme information, illustrations and suitability paperwork before and after client meetings.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.
• Process new business applications, verifying documentation and completing compliance checks.
• Handle client requests such as withdrawals, statements, and changes to personal information.
• Liaise with product providers to meet all compliance requirements.
• Support annual review processes and assist with client communications and updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investment or IFA administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and a client‑focused mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
